3. Booking and Payment

▪ Bookings can be made online through our website or by contacting us directly.
▪ Payment for services can be made online through UPI, Bank Transfer or through other methods as agreed upon.
▪ 20% for Full Payment is generally required in advance for all services.

4. Cancellation Policy

▪ For cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service: A full refund will be issued.
▪ For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service: A cancellation fee of [Specify Fee Amount, e.g., 50%] may apply.
▪ For no-shows: The full service fee will be charged.

Zen Pro Cleaners makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of our cleaning services. We strive to provide high-quality service, but we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, or other imperfections.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zen Pro Cleaners shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, property damage, loss of valuables, or personal injury, arising from the performance of our services.
